We inspect all residential and commercial structures (up to 10,000 square feet).

Our inspection process is based on client feedback to provide the most comprehensive inspection service that includes an invaluable walkthrough which focuses on education. Surveys show that our clients are more confident in their home purchase because they are educated in how their home works.

We do not consider it our duty to criticize and "nitpick", rather we inspect issues to the root source and provide helpful suggestions on repair. We frame issues within perspective and do not exaggerate what may be a simple fix. 

Our standard is to schedule inspections within 2 days of request and provide the report within 24 hours of the inspection. We are available every day of the week to facilitate demand. 

Note that due to our extensive checklist, our inspections typically take at least 2 hours for a home up to 2000 square feet and we welcome your participation if you choose to "shadow" your inspector. However you are not required to attend the inspection and many of our clients show up towards the end for their walkthrough.
